Your journey from maiden to mother is a sacred, spiritual time. I will be present with you as your birth doula, throughout the depths of this process, guiding you to have the erotic birth story that you will be happy with, one that you will remember for the rest of your life.

Once you have been initiated into motherhood, I will be a nonjudgmental ear and extra hand around the house, ensuring that you are very well looked after, so that all you have to think about is resting, healing, bonding and spending time with your family. The erotic mother deserves to be tendered too, held and nourished in a world that has forgotten all about her.

Rituals and ceremonies can be woven into your journey, from organizing a pregnancy women’s circle and blessingway before you give birth or creating a herbal bath for you to enjoy postpartum. Women’s circles are also offered both online and in person.

Somatic education, tools and rituals will be incorporated throughout your journey to allow you to feel safe inhabiting your body, your home. This allows you to build the capacity to feel the full spectrum of emotions and access the aliveness that is already within you. This experience is client centered and self-led, your body is speaking, guiding me to guide you.

Meditations and mindfulness advice will be provided to incorporate into your daily routine. They can be used throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum in however way that suits you.

Providing education on the physiology and stages of the birth journey, the different positions that can be used throughout labor and how to plan for and navigate the depths and unknown territory. Laborland is different for everyone, however embodying the different ways to cope throughout life, especially labor, birth and postpartum, whilst discussing ways to navigate all the different situations that may arise is very important.
